Bernard D. Craig, who founded the firm in Kansas City, has over 50 years of experience advising clients in the areas of business planning and organization, and business and real estate acquisitions and financing. Heading the Kansas City office, his son BJ Craig spent the first five years of practice in the Kansas City offices of two multinational law firms representing clients in large-scale corporate transactions and real estate development projects. 

The firm’s Asheville office was founded in 2005 by Chris Craig and provides both physical and virtual business planning services. In addition, Chris co-founded two Collaborative Family Law Associations and continues to handle estate planning and adoptions, and provides mediation services.
